COVID 19 POLICY
Based on current Government advice our depots will remain temporarily closed until 1 June. Whilst the latest government advice does not currently give a date that UK campsites are able to reopen, we along with the rest of the industry expect a phased reopening from 4 July 2020. Until then we can only hire to assist key workers and for essential work-related travel/accommodation e.g. engineers conducting critical safety inspections. So for now, we must all play our part in making that happen – by following governmental guidance on self-isolation, social distancing and non-essential travel.
New Bookings
Our online booking facility remains available to provide live availability and instant prices to help plan your future road trip and we are accepting provisional bookings for leisure travel from 4th July 2020. For any new 2020 bookings we will also offer a flexible postponement option and relaxed cancellation policy to give you peace of mind should your travel dates be interrupted with any future travel restrictions.
Existing Bookings
We are in the process of contacting all customers who have booked to travel with us during the period ending 30th June to discuss your postponement or cancellation options detailed below;

Thank You
We would like to say a massive thank you to all the customers we have so far spoken to for your continued support and understanding during these unprecedented times.
We are a very flexible business and fortunate enough to operate with very minimal overheads, as with every seasonal “winter” period we can scale back and adjust the business accordingly. We are financially very well structured for the long-term so rest assured we will be poised ready to go as soon as it is safe for UK leisure travel to resume.
Please note we are constantly monitoring advice given from the Government regarding travel in the UK.
