• Bookings can be made through our online booking system, over the phone or by email.
• We require a 30% non refundable deposit at the time of booking,
  The remaining balance is required 4 weeks before the collection date.
• If the booking is less than 4 weeks till collection, we require the full amount on booking.

• Drivers aged 23 – 70 years with a fully valid license with a maximum of 6 points, held for more than 2 years.
• an additional driver can be added at a cost of £40 for the duration of your booking. The primary driver costs are included in your rental amount; fees will apply for extra drivers.
  All drivers MUST be present when collecting the motorhome.

• Comprehensive UK insurance cover for the primary driver.
• VAT is included in the rental cost.
• Up to 1,000 on a 7 day hire or, 300 miles on a weekend hire. Excess mileage will be charged at 15 pence per mile.
• Breakdown cover anywhere in the UK (excluding Ireland).
• One gas bottle.
• Parking for 1 car when you collect your motorhome from the depot.
• Free one-on-one tour of the vehicle before you leave.

• All drivers MUST be present when collecting the motorhome.
• Fully valid license and a maximum of 6 points. Please email the Office if you have any more, we will always try to get you passed with the Insurance company.
• Passport.
  International licence or passport with photographic ID (countries outside the EU).
• 2 x Utility bills or bank statement to prove your home address. If you are using a D/L from a different country, we will need 4 x Utility bills, these need to be dated within 90 days. Please note we do not accept mobile phone bills.
• We will also do a DVLA Licence check for all uk drivers.

Yes, a £250 is payable when you collect your motorhome via credit or debit card.
For Festivals and if our Insurance company requests, or if you are taking a pet with you, then a security deposit of £500 is required.
The card holder MUST be present at collection to pay the security deposit.
Providing the motorhome has been returned inline with our requirements the deposit will be will be returned in full within 48 hours.

Of course, you can take our motorhome to Europe. EU Traveler’s will need to take out additional insurance of £70.00 per week.

Our motorhome can be collected and returned to:
Avon Lodge, Wheeton Lane, Huby, LS17 0HE.

• All motorhomes MUST be returned to Avon Lodge, Wheeton Lane, Huby, Leeds, LS17 0HE
• All motorhomes should be returned with a full tank of diesel and LPG gas.
• All motorhomes should be returned with an empty toilet dispensary system.
  All motorhomes should be returned clean and tidy (including food removal).

• More than 6 weeks before collection: booking deposit is non refundable.
• 6 weeks – 2 weeks before collection 50% of total hire charge is non refundable
• 2 weeks – No Show 100% of total hire charge is non refundable
